AWS re:Invent 2023 – Exciting News about AWS Chime SDK and Amazon Connect

The AWS Chime SDK team is now a part of Amazon Connect. What used to take a ton of effort to integrate, e.g. placing the Click to Call widget into Amazon Connect, should now be much easier.

I just came back from AWS re:Invent 2023, one of the biggest and most exciting tech conferences of the year. It was a week full of learning, networking, and fun.
