This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how MobileAWS, LLC d/b/a AllCode and its related companies (“Company,” “AllCode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share personal information of users of this website, allcode.com, and related services, products, applications, artificial intelligence tools, workshops, and consulting services that link to this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to websites, services, or third-party platforms that post different privacy statements.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES
AllCode may provide services involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, AI agents, automation tools, code generation tools, and third-party AI platforms, including cloud-based AI services. Information submitted to AI-enabled services may be processed to generate outputs, automate workflows, summarize content, assist with software development, support customer service, analyze documents, or perform other requested functions.
Where we use third-party AI providers or cloud platforms to deliver services, information may be processed by those providers on our behalf or on behalf of our customers, subject to applicable agreements and provider terms. We do not intentionally use customer confidential information submitted through paid professional services to train public AI models unless expressly authorized by the customer or permitted under an applicable agreement.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain use cases. Customers and users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in production, legal, medical, financial, employment, security, or other high-impact contexts.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Unless expressly agreed in writing, you should not provide AllCode with sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, government identification numbers, biometric information, precise geolocation, children’s data, or other regulated information. If a project requires handling regulated or sensitive data, AllCode will work with the customer to define appropriate contractual, security, and compliance requirements.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share personal information as follows:
- We may share personal information with your consent or at your direction.
- We may share personal information with service providers, contractors, cloud providers, AI platform providers, analytics providers, payment processors, hosting providers, security vendors, and others who need the information to perform work for us or our customers.
