Overview:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals. This role is vital for building relationships with potential clients and closing high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Engage with leads generated by SDRs and other marketing efforts.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients.

  • Maintain and update accurate sales activity in CRM systems.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting quotas.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to closing.

  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field.
