Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound efforts. This is a key position for generating sales opportunities and supporting the sales team to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using various online tools, social media platforms, and databases.

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.

  • Set up and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives (AEs).

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to strategize and deliver quality leads.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
