Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound efforts. This is a key position for generating sales opportunities and supporting the sales team to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads using various online tools, social media platforms, and databases.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.

Set up and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives (AEs).

Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Work closely with Account Executives to strategize and deliver quality leads.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies.
