We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide data modernization efforts. This individual will be instrumental in overseeing initiatives that enhance master data capabilities, modernize ETL processes, and transition data platforms to AWS cloud-native architectures. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and a focus on governance, cross-functional coordination, and successful delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program Oversight: Manage full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data programs, with a focus on modernizing MDM and ETL ecosystems.
- Cloud-Native Enablement: Guide the shift from traditional ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter) to AWS-native solutions leveraging Glue, PySpark, and other cloud services.
- Data Architecture Collaboration: Partner with architects to design scalable data integration frameworks and define the future-state MDM architecture in a SaaS-based environment.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and alignment across technology teams, business units, and external partners to drive program transparency and success.
- Governance & Metrics: Implement program governance structures, monitor delivery metrics, and provide clear status reporting to executive sponsors and clients.
- Leadership & Coaching: Support and mentor data architects and engineering leads, promoting best practices and a culture of delivery excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex data platform programs, particularly in enterprise-scale environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management, ETL modernization, and enterprise data integration practices.
- Strong technical background in AWS services including EC2, S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark, Kafka, TALEND, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Familiarity with data governance principles, metadata management, and ensuring data quality at scale.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
