AllCode developed a powerful mobile app for Let’s Play Soccer with an emphasis on real-time check-in and seamless payment processing.

Player Pass and QR Check-In
We introduced the Player Pass feature — a dynamic, scannable QR code available one hour before game time. Players simply present their mobile Player Pass, which contains their photo, game details, and unique identifiers. Staff use the custom-built Scorekeeper app to scan passes, verify attendance, and update rosters in real time, reducing wait times and streamlining operations.

Advanced Payment Capabilities
We integrated Stripe into the mobile app to allow players to securely pay team fees and individual registrations. Payment options include saving cards for future use and setting up auto-renewal for annual registrations, making it easier than ever for players to stay active without administrative hurdles.

Compliance and Eligibility Enforcement
The system automatically verifies eligibility before generating a Player Pass — checking for red card suspensions, unpaid team balances, or expired registrations. Players who don’t meet the criteria are directed to resolve issues directly within the app or visit the facility front desk.
